Main Responsibilities:

- Serves as a SPOC person for ISP projects related matters between customer, vendors and HQ R&D.

- Understand customer needs and business objective related to the project.

- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Deliver project within agreed timeline.

In Project delivering (Pre-Sales):

- Participate in RFI responses with customers.

- Work on clients proposals, BOM and all related presales deliverables.

- Ensure resource availability and allocation at all time.

- Manage any risks and escalate for any support in timely manner.

- Monitor project’s progress and take corrective actions when needed.

- Resolve technical issues when required based on the project.

- Proactively follow up with other vendors to ensure a quick resolution to all incidents encountered.

- Manage and organize internal/external project meeting when required.

After-sales responsibilities:

- Conduct User Manual of the product to customer.

- Provide product support and resolve all technical issues in professional way.

- Follow up all technical issues until it is completely resolved.

Other ad-hoc responsibilities:

- Provide status updates and prepare reports regularly.

- Build up and maintain good relationship with customers and vendors from time to time.

Performing first level troubleshooting in network issues.

Monitoring network performance using system Solarwinds.

Ensure services availability and Quality of Services (QoS).

Helpdesk for customer services.

Knowledge in IBM Guardium Security product.

Knowledge and administer in Microsoft Server Active Directory and Domain Controller.

Troubleshooting network-related issues.

Troubleshooting hardware and software related issues.

Familiar with troubleshooting in email related issues.
