• Spooling data from a spreadsheet software program of
diferent countries into general report.
• Extract figures from general report into a presentation
program.
• Assist in issuing Purchase Order (PO) in Dealer
Workplace, Portal BMW Malaysia (NSC) for all branches.
• Aiding to release E-Hakmilik/Ownership for all
branches.
• Proceed registration to MyEg & update sales and
warranty for any SDP Demo, Assign etc.
• Assist on stock adoption in Autoline and Internal Car
Transfer (ICT).
• Receive and update the Vehicle Delivery Note (VDN)
from logistic.

• Update the payment from the customer on purchasing
the products into the company websites.
• Creating a payment voucher as indicator of the
expenses
• Key-in every payment voucher no accordingly in the
MYOB accounting system.
