Admin Debt Collector

I did an internship with a good predicate as indicated by the granting of an internship certificate by PT. Telkom Witel Medan to me when I finished my 2 month internship. I did an internship as an admin debt collector for one of the products of PT. Telkom, namely Indihome. My duties during my
internship include:

  1. At 08.00 - 08.30 WIB: Receive direction from the Advisor/Assistant Manager for the Debt Collector field.
  2. At 08.30 - 09.00 WIB: View billing status to sort out which customer data has and has not paid Indihome bills in databases and applications related to billing status and information for Indihome customers in the Medan area.
  3. At 09.00 - 09.15 WIB: View incoming messages from Indohome customers via personal WhatsApp.
  4. At 09.15 - 12.00 WIB: Remind customers with unpaid billing status within 1 month of use to make Indihome payments via office telephone, record customer complaints on Indihome services, provide complaint notes to Assistant Debt Management as coach for follow up, provide explanations to new customers Indihome regarding how to pay Indihome bills.
  5. At 12.00 - 13.00 WIB: Rest.
  6. At 13.00 - 16.00 WIB: Back to doing main tasks such as activity number 4. Next, write down the results of the number of customers who have paid their bills, the number of customers who have complained and their complaints, the number of customers who refuse calls, and most importantly the number of customers who provide the date of the promised payment. then this will be followed up again in the next day.
  7. At 16.00 WIB: Go home.
