The main role as Tax Director will be:

1. Secure revenue opportunities to increase profitability of the Company.

2. Handling, managing and ensuring corporate tax compliance of the companies such

as

 submission of annual tax returns, tax estimates, withholding tax return etc

3. Ensure tax compliance and handle tax audit & investigation.

4. Establish satisfactory client relation & rapport with IRBM.

5. Provide business advisory services to both local and foreign clients.

6. Apply/Prepare/Submit incentives/funds/grants from relevant Ministry/

 Government Agencies for clients e.g. Malaysian Industrial Development

 Authority (MIDA), Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), SME

 Corp. Malaysia, Ministry of Agriculture, Agro-based Industry Malaysia

 (MOA) or any other relevant agencies.

Job Summary

- ensuring standard rules of ISO 9001:2008 is preserved and followed by the

subordinates while performing their duty.

- performing the checking of files of businesses to identify whether or not there is hidden

tax exist that comprise of hidden of revenue and increase of operation cost, creation of

expenses, transfer pricing activities, incentive, capital allowance, reinvestment

allowance etc apart from performing the checking of files for the same task belonging to

his subordinates.

- explaining to tax payer and tax agent on issues arise (if any) and other relevant tax

matter with regards of the businesses that being audited.
