Job Summary

The main role as Tax Director will be:

1. Secure revenue opportunities to increase profitability of the Company.

2. Handling, managing and ensuring corporate tax compliance of the companies such

as

 submission of annual tax returns, tax estimates, withholding tax return etc

3. Ensure tax compliance and handle tax audit & investigation.

4. Establish satisfactory client relation & rapport with IRBM.

 Government Agencies for clients e.g. Malaysian Industrial Development

accounts for joint venture must be submitted on 3rd of each month.
