With 1-2 years of experience Responsibilities:
Provides copies and assists Sales Manager & Account Distributors in browsing sales &
collection report from Apollo (daily, weekly, monthly – as needed)
Generates reports from salesforce regarding current sales and sales history per Account
Distributor, per Account and per product (weekly & monthly) and other sales force data
information, updated monthly aging report and submits documents to Sales Manager.
Reminds all Account Distributors of reports to be submitted Weekly & Bi-monthly – soft
and hard copies of Weekly Sales & Collection reports, Daily Activity Reports, Monthly
Itinerary, etc.- to be submitted to Sales Manager.
Assist in preparing invoices of booked orders in Apollo. Including printing of invoices, seeking approval
of orders, and forwarding either to the inventory or accounting dept.
Updates pool of applicants needed in the Sales Dept.
Act as support: Act as a reliever for the Office Admin Staff whenever necessary.
Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
The primary duty is to assist management.

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
2. Proficient in the use of MS Office and other applications.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Ability to undertake multiple tasks.
