Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Chat Administrative Department and staff members.
Responds and Resolves Escalated Issues (Customer and Staff).
Manage incoming customer service requests.
Oversees team members in a certain department to ensure it's performing effectively.
Training employees, creating and implementing business strategies, and delegating tasks to team members.
Assist in managing Scheduling and CRM tools.
Assist in managing leads and existing customers.
Self-development in learning the more advanced coding curriculums.
Collecting and relaying feedback from students and parents to the leadership team.
At least 2 -3 years of working experience in a Customer Service Industry
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Able to work weekends
Knows how to do the following: CRM, Project Management, Communications, and Scheduling
Effective written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
