Job requirements:

• Good to excellent English communication skills.

• Good listening skills.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.

• Analyze and determine the eligibility of medical claims.

We accept applicants with the following:

• Filipino Citizen, or hold a working visa

• At least 6 months of Utilization Review / Utilization Management experience, or 

• At least 6 months of medical coding experience

• Active PRC License
