Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor Call Tracking for responses from administrative group so call returns are done in a timely path.


• Follow-up with clients within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let customer know inquiry is still being investigated.

Resolving customer complaints and issues through written communication channels.

Updating customer accounts and records.

Conducting research and gathering information to resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Collaborating with other departments or teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
