  • Calls potential customers to sell products and or services.
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role and successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone is an advantage.
  • Shares the selling points for the products and or services.
  • Answers questions about the products and or services.
  • Recommends products and or services based on their needs.
  • Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
  • Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
  • Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
  • Uses popular telemarketing software.
  • Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.
