Job Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with safety and health labor laws, and internal policies
Develop and implement health and safety programs
Responsible for providing first aid treatment and medication in case of injuries/accidents. If needed, must accompany the patient for hospitalization
Responsible for coordinating with the HMO provider about annual physical exams and other employee concerns
Monitor inventory of medicine and medical supplies, and in-charge of the request for replenishment
Monitor Employee Attendance

Job Requirements:

Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse and with valid license
Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health
Good Critical Medical Thinking
Have good bedside manner as they need to be able to comfort employees who are in pain and explain problems clearly
Excellent both verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Organizational Skills
Willing to work in Marikina City
