Identify Learning and Development needs within the organization through Job Analysis and appraisal schemes
Help in designing and developing or souring out trainings in accordance to the result of the Job Analysis and appraisal scheme of the organization
Conduct trainings as scheduled
Monitor and review progress of trainees through questionnaires
Partner with Department Managers on monitoring and evaluating training and development programs

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
At least 4 years of training experience
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe
Good facilitation skills on soft/hard training
High interpersonal skills that enable to work with people at all level
Have initiative and ability to offer new ideas
Good written and oral communication skills
Willingness to be take on other HR-related functions as necessary
Willingness to take on assignments both for Head Office (Mandaluyong) and Plant (Bulacan)
