Job Description:
*Building your own team of consultant as well as manage them to provide quality and value added services to clients.
* Be a Superhero for the Company’s Director , Kids , Widow or the Breadwinner themselves by raising their awareness on our partners programme.
*Ability to persist in sales even in the face of rejection.
*Actively involved in sales and marketing to acquire new clients by promoting and marketing our partners products and services while retaining a long-term relationship with our existing clients.
*Actively involved in Social Media , Face to Face Sales (Outdoor) in our Roadshows including malls, corporate lobby, special events and streets or WFH by online Virtual Consultation .
*Other responsibilities as requested and assigned by the Director or the Manager.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least passed SPM / Diploma and above qualifications.
* Highly motivated and Sales target driven with min 1 year Sales experience
* Proactive team player and able to work independently.
* Able to work under the target and meet the sales target set by the management.
* Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to learn and grow as a team.
* You will be expected to uphold the highest standards or integrity and conduct, consistent with company Core values.
