Project / Customer Service Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Act as a coordinator for construction material products purchased by the customers for building and construction projects
• Moderation of the demand loading for downstream products
• Triggering of replenishment for product planners to follow up, and medium term demand planning coordinate with sales on forecast and ahead requirements to adjust capacity to meet demand requirements
• Understand of customer order urgency and casting schedule to monitor and update customer order’s status
• Managing and attending to customer complains timely and ensuring the correct functions follow up with the customers, ensure optimization of resources of materials, manpower, transportation
• Execute planned construction related activities of the department in line with its goals
• Conduct site visits to support them in use of products, build customer relationship, gather information on site progress, casting cycles, changes to plan
• Interact with sales, customer services or customers to understand demand forecast drivers.

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, Construction Management or any relevant qualification.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in project management in construction industry. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply.
• Pro-active and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• String analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferable possess SAP system knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
