Greeting customers and offering assistance
handling walk-in warranty customers, warranty parcel packing and shipment arrangement, receiving parcels from couriers, identifying parcel sources, and entering them into our internal system for recording purposes.
Receive parcels from couriers and ensure they are properly labelled and directed to the appropriate department or person.
Identify the source of each parcel and enter the information into our internal system for recording purposes.
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the front desk area, including the reception area, waiting area, and other public spaces.
