Job Title : Finance Executive
Salary Range : RM 5000 – RM6000
Working Hours : 8am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Working Location : Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL

Job Description
• Oversee and analyze daily financial activities, AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets and preparation of full set of accounts.
• Check and execute internal audit role over all AP and AR transactions monthly.
• Check and audit bank reconciliations monthly and resolve any abnormalities and reconciliation issues.
• Perform internal audit and monthly closing of bookkeeping.
• Monitor and report cash flow daily balance and weekly forecast.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against budgetary targets, and provide variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters
• Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc.

Requirements:
1. At least 3 years related experience.
