HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment drives.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll process.
  • Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters.
  • Assist with annual compensation review and benchmarking process.
  • Assist with employees’ insurance matters and renewals.
  • Assist with generating HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting.
  • Provide administration support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant fields
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience
  • Able to support multiple demands independently and meticulously.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • Able to cope well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging work environment.
  • Detail-oriented and great interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work efficiently.
  • Willing to work at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
