Aratum provides supply chain technology that empowers businesses for growth. We are expanding our marketing team. We are searching for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist with a "can-do" attitude.
Your creativity, organizational skills, and customer-focus attitude will help us effectively communicate business strategy and brand personality.
The ideal candidate for this role should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, superb interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills, and excellent time management. You should reinforce client-to-business relations, improve the organization's image, and effectively deliver event objectives.
Responsibilities:
· Brainstorming, researching and implementing marketing plans
· Assist content creation of EDM, social media posts, printing of collaterals and other marketing channel activities
· Do presentation
· Handling budgeting and invoicing
· Liaising with designers
· Coordination with vendors
· Supporting sponsorship deals
· Handling logistics
· Updating senior management on process and issues
· Managing branding and communication
· Developing feedback surveys
· Ensuring compliance to regulations and branding interest
Requirements:
· Submit a portfolio that prove your marketing skills (e.g., marketing plans, event agendas, Gantt charts, writing samples, past mass newsletters, etc.)
· Degree in public relations, communications, or hospitality
· Communication and marketing skills
· Project management experience
· Good leadership skill
· Highly organized
· Multi-tasker
· Expert interpersonal skills
· Risk management experience
Qualifications:
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
· Has solid marketing experience of at least 2 years
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English
· Highly motivated individual with creative thinking skills
· Graduate of Marketing, Journalism or other related courses
· Good organizational skills, independent with minimum supervision, ability to work under pressure
Work Location: BGC Taguig, On site Reporting, Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
