TRAINER (BPO)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing team members.

2. Develop and deliver effective training materials that align with organizational goals.

3. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized programs.

5. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into training sessions.

Qualifications:

• -Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.

• -C1 English communication proficiency.

• -BPO experience is preferred

• -Proven ability to engage and motivate learners.

• -Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• -Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
