Responsibilities

Frequently and efficiently coordinate with commercial sales in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information to reporting line, commercial sales, and customer services.
Prepare / provide quotations to customers.
Frequently checking customers’ forecast and proceed to make orders to suppliers as needed.
Promptly, register / revise information of products and vendors to the internal system as needed.
Proactively arrange meetings with suppliers and customers.
Attend sales meeting.
Performing other related work which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.
Experienced in working as sales more than 7-8 years (Much prefer experience in the trading company)
Proficient in using professionally in MS. Word, Excel, PPT etc.
Better to have driver's license and ability to drive.
