Sales & Service Admin

 

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare quotation for spare part, service, Projects & Consumables.
  • Technical clarification with HQ Germany & Suppliers.
  • Taking calls and replying emails from customers.
  • Communication with branch/Suppliers for products specifications and delivery lead time.
  • Responsible for spare parts & consumables stock ordering, shipment and custom clearance.
  • Filing and documentation.
  • SAP system maintenance for time-sheet writers.
  • Arrange transporter for product delivery.
  • Any ad hoc assignment.

Job Requirements :

  • At least Diploma & Degree or equivalent
  • At least 3 years working experience
  • Able to use SAP for Quotation and Order processing, Invoices & delivery order.
  • Knowledge on incomes, logistic and custom clearance for importation.
  • Microsoft office knowledge
  • Willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor
