GROUP HR & ADMIN MANAGER
Job Responsibilities :
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Ability to resolve complain or other dispute to enhance relationship between management and employees.
Managing recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall Group HR system and processes, tactics and procedure within the group organization.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Job Requirements :
Degree in Human Resource or related field.
Proven working experience as Group HR Manager for minimum of 5-10 years.
Able to read, write and speak well in mandarin.
People oriented and result driven.
Knowledge of Human Resource system.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill.
Competence to build and effectively mange interpersonal relationship at all the levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
