Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a part of a call center in Cagayan de Oro, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and assist in resolving customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure swift issue resolution

Requirements:
