Position: HR Staff

Job Description:

1. Must have a good attitude towards work.

2. Computer literate (able to work on Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)

3. Source candidates. Engage in Candidates selection, schedule interviews

4. Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data and updates previous employee data in internal HR databases.

5. Answer any employee queries about people or HR-related issues, and help them resolve it internally, if possible.

6. Prepares various HR Documents, including new hire guides, employment contract, compensation lists, and more.

7. Calculating the payroll with up-to-date information on all employees including sick leaves, leave of absence, overtime works, work schedules, and more.

8. Have knowledge on Labor Laws according to DOLE.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's in Human Resource Management and/or related courses.

2. Preferably with experience in the same said position.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 15,860/month

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
