Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Growthbackers to achieve sales KPIs
• Monitor performance metrics, scorecards, and pipeline health
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and role-play training
• Drive improvements in appointment setting, conversions, objection handling, and client engagement
• Collaborate with leadership to implement sales strategies and training initiatives
• Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
• Develop talent pipelines and support future leadership growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sales or business development team
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
• Experience with outbound sales, appointment setting, and CRM platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Experience in remote team management is an advantage
