  1. Office administrative work
  2. Basic account knowledge
  3. Filing system set up
  4. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point
  5. Good Communication skill
  6. Read and write of Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin would be added advantage
  7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  8. Good decision making skill and able to identify issues and provide with the best solutions on problems solving
  9. Able to lead and supervise with team workers
  10. Require to coordinate other functional team workers.
  11. To manage supplier and contractors.
