Position: Client Experience Backer

The Client Experience Backer (CEB) is responsible for ensuring client success, satisfaction, and long-term engagement after onboarding. You will serve as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and proactively supporting client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular client check-ins via calls, meetings, or email
• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Address concerns and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
• Track client feedback, activity, and engagement in the CRM
• Identify upsell and referral opportunities
• Prepare reports and update client records
