Client Experience Backer


Be the key point of contact for clients after onboarding, ensuring they feel supported, heard, and set up for long-term success. This role is all about building strong relationships, solving problems early, and driving client satisfaction and retention.


What You’ll Do:


  • Conduct regular client check-ins via calls, video, or email
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify needs, concerns, and opportunities for growth
  • Track client activity and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service
  • Gather feedback, manage referrals, and support upsell opportunities
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Follow structured role-play and training sessions to continuously improve communication skills
