• Communicate effectively with tenants, owners, and contractors via email and phone
• Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance work
• Support tenant screening and prequalification processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property management records
• Assist in rent collection, bookkeeping, and monthly financial reporting
• Manage billing, payments, and other financial tasks related to properties
• Organize and oversee property inspections
• Create and distribute monthly tenant newsletters
• Research rental market trends to support pricing decisions
• Assist in preparing lease agreements and related documentation
• Conduct tenant check-ins and respond to concerns promptly
• Ensure proper documentation of all property-related activities
