Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing systems? We’re looking for a CRM & Lead Management Specialist to support lead generation, streamline workflows, and help drive conversions through organized and efficient processes.
In this role, you’ll manage leads, maintain CRM accuracy, support agents, and ensure every opportunity is handled with speed and precision.
? Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain leads within the CRM system
• Respond to CRM-related concerns and coordinate issue resolution
• Support agents with CRM questions and provide guidance or training when needed
• Handle inbound leads from calls and online sources
• Qualify, organize, and update leads in the buying/selling process
• Ensure immediate lead response by assigning labels, activating drip campaigns, and sending welcome messages
• Build and manage follow-up systems for agents
• Nurture leads through consistent email and text communication
• Reassign leads to agents once appointments are scheduled
• Monitor daily agent activity and productivity
• Generate reports on agent accountability and lead conversion performance
• Create trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets
• Manage referral tracking and prepare referral forms
• Maintain backup lead databases and oversee pipeline management tools
• Upload leads to dialers and coordinate property showings
• Share updates regarding CRM training, webinars, and team announcements
