Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics, identifying trends and actionable insights
• Prepare and deliver KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data for your assigned division
• Collaborate closely with leadership to support data-driven strategies
• Review and eliminate duplicate records to maintain data integrity
• Update incomplete or incorrect data using multiple data sources
• Develop and maintain quality control (QC) reports to detect and resolve data issues
• Implement and improve processes for data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis across the organization

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for uncovering patterns and insights
• Organized and strategic thinker who aligns reporting with business goals
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
• Team player with experience in a collaborative work environment
