PROJECT MANAGER (WATER & WASTEWATER)

We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead our water and wastewater treatment projects. You will be the bridge between design, construction, and the client, ensuring that our systems (WWTP/IETS) are built to the highest engineering and environmental standards.

DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK

1. Project Planning & Strategy

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the transition from the "Tender/Design" phase to "On-site Execution."

2. Technical & Engineering Oversight

• Review and approve P&ID, PFD, and layout drawings.
• Supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) components, including pumps, aerators, and filtration systems.
• Troubleshoot process issues during the testing and commissioning (T&C) phase.

3. Financial & Resource Management

• Manage the project P&L, ensuring all works stay within the allocated budget.
• Verify sub-contractor progress claims and manage Variation Orders (VO).

4. Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure all project activities comply with SPAN guidelines.
• Liaise with the Department of Environment (DOE) for Written Permissions and final handover.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum [5] years in Wastewater Treatment or Water Infrastructure.
• Certifications:
• Preferred Professional Engineer (PE) with BEM.
• Preferred] CePIETSO (PCP/BP) competency.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership to manage multi-disciplinary site teams and handle client negotiations.
