? Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Track real-time performance and diagnose trends across key metrics
• Produce accurate KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)

? Data Accuracy & Integrity

• Ensure data is current, clean, and reliable for your assigned division
• Review and resolve duplicate or inconsistent records
• Update incomplete or incorrect data using multiple data sources

? Quality Control & Analysis

• Create QC reports to identify data issues and drive improvements
• Analyze datasets to uncover insights that support business decisions

? Collaboration & Process Improvement

• Work closely with leadership to align reporting with business goals
• Help design and improve processes for data collection, cleanup, validation, and maintenance across the organization
