We are seeking a data-driven professional to take full ownership of real-time reporting and trend analysis. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and provide the critical insights necessary for leadership to make strategic decisions. Core Responsibilities

·        Take full ownership of real-time reporting and analyze trends across key performance indicators.

·        Generate comprehensive KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

·        Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data for the assigned division.

·        Collaborate closely with leadership teams to support strategic, data-driven decision-making.

·        Conduct regular audits to identify and eliminate duplicate records, ensuring data integrity.

·        Utilize multiple data sources to verify, correct, and update incomplete or inaccurate information.

·        Develop and maintain quality control (QC) reports to detect and resolve data discrepancies.

·        Manage efficient processes for data collection, cleansing, maintenance, and validation across the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

·        High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and data quality.

·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·        Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
