SALES FIELD REPRESENTATIVE

 

A Sales Field Representative is a professional who initializes and manages relationship with customers. They serve as their point of contact and lead from initial outreach through the making of the final purchase by them or someone in their household.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

·        Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

·        Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

·        Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

·        Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

·        Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales and status reports

·        Supply management with reports on customer needs problems, interest, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

·        Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

·        Continuously improve through feedback

·        Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

Ø Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College degree in sales/Marketing, Business Administration

Ø At least 1 year in experience

Ø Proven work experience as a sales representative

Ø Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

Ø Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

Ø Prioritizing, time management and organization skills

Ø Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Ø Relationship managements skills and openness to feedback
