Summary:

Support accurate financial reporting and ensure efficient day-to-day accounting operations. This role is well-suited for detail-oriented individuals with a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining precise and reliable records.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure proper financial organization

• Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities

• Conduct regular reviews of bookkeeping entries to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities

• Match income records with corresponding bank deposits to maintain consistency

• Communicate via email to properly categorize and resolve uncategorized transactions

• Prepare and generate monthly financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders

• Perform clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping to update and organize financial data

• Review payroll records and analyze details to ensure correctness

• Manage accounts payable and receivable by preparing, verifying, and recording transactions

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Familiarity with accounting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks

• Structured and methodical approach to managing tasks and workflows

• Ability to work independently while handling multiple responsibilities efficiently
