Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of real-time reporting and analyze trends across key performance indicators

• Generate detailed KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data for the assigned division

• Collaborate closely with leadership teams to support strategic, data-driven decision-making

• Regularly audit and eliminate duplicate records to maintain data integrity

• Utilize multiple data sources to verify, correct, and update incomplete or inaccurate information

• Develop and maintain quality control (QC) reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies

• Establish and manage efficient processes for data collection, cleansing, maintenance, analysis, and validation across the organization

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and data quality

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate insights

• Highly organized with strong strategic thinking skills aligned with business objectives

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to communicate effectively with the team
