Summary:

We are looking for a detail-focused Mortgage / Loan Processing Specialist to deliver backend, non-voice support to Loan Officers and mortgage teams. This role involves managing, reviewing, and organizing loan documentation to ensure applications are accurate, complete, and compliant from initial submission through closing. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks with precision.

Preferred:

• Background in mortgage or loan processing, loan officer assistance, or related roles

• Experience using ARRIVE or similar loan origination/mortgage processing platforms is a plus
