Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Mortgage / Loan Processing Specialist to provide backend, non-voice support to Loan Officers and mortgage teams. This role focuses on organizing, reviewing, and processing loan documentation to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant loan applications from submission through closing. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Preferred:

• Experience in mortgage or loan processing, loan officer support, or similar roles

• Familiarity with ARRIVE or other loan origination/mortgage processing systems is an advantage
