We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional to fuel our business growth. You will manage our CRM, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Prospect databases and set appointments for recruiting and sales.
Campaign Management: Create and run email, newsletter, and social media ads (Facebook).
CRM Operations: Manage KW Command, track pipelines, and automate follow-ups via SmartPlans.
Data Tracking: Verify closed transactions and manage lead referral results.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
