Summary:
Ensure accurate financial management and support efficient accounting operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who are highly skilled in handling numbers and financial records.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA) for organized financial tracking.
• Record financial transactions accurately, including revenues, expenses, liabilities, and assets.
• Review daily bookkeeping entries to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in closing financial records at month-end.
• Match income records with bank deposits to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Communicate via email to properly categorize and resolve uncategorized transactions.
• Prepare and generate monthly financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Handle clean-up and catch-up tasks for incomplete or outdated financial records.
• Review payroll documents and ensure all details are accurate and properly recorded.
• Process, verify, classify, and record accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of accounting tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks
• Highly organized with a structured and methodical approach to tasks
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities
