Work From Home Data Analyst -Junior Level

This role is centered on delivering high-quality, data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and overall business performance. The position requires strong ownership of real-time reporting, with a focus on monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying emerging trends, and diagnosing potential issues that may affect operational efficiency. By transforming raw data into meaningful insights, the role plays a critical part in guiding leadership toward informed decisions.

A major responsibility includes generating accurate and timely KPI reports across various timelines—daily, weekly, monthly, and annually—ensuring that all data remains current, consistent, and aligned with the objectives of the assigned division. The role also involves maintaining data integrity through continuous review of duplicate records and correcting incomplete or inaccurate data by utilizing multiple data sources.

In addition, the position is responsible for developing and maintaining quality control (QC) reports to proactively identify discrepancies and improve data accuracy. It also contributes to building and refining processes related to data collection, validation, cleanup, and maintenance, ensuring consistency across organization-wide systems.

Success in this role requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, along with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to uncover patterns and extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
