Remote Data Analyst -Junior to Mid Level

This role focuses on delivering accurate, data-driven insights to support business performance and decision-making. The position is responsible for monitoring key performance metrics in real time, identifying trends, and diagnosing potential issues that may impact operations. A core function of the role includes generating comprehensive KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, ensuring that all data presented is current, reliable, and aligned with the assigned division’s objectives.

The role requires close collaboration with leadership teams to provide meaningful analysis and actionable insights. It also involves maintaining data integrity by consistently reviewing duplicate records and updating inaccurate or incomplete data using multiple data sources. Creating and maintaining quality control (QC) reports is essential to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across systems.

In addition, the position plays a key role in developing and implementing processes for efficient data collection, cleanup, validation, and ongoing maintenance across the organization. The ideal candidate possesses intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. They are analytical and curious, capable of identifying patterns and extracting valuable insights from complex datasets.
