Description:

Manages and optimizes GoHighLevel (GHL) systems including workflows, automations, and internal processes for efficiency and scalability
Builds and configures quizzes, forms, and custom fields with proper logic, triggers, and integrations
Handles membership setup including products, courses, lessons, access control, and content updates
Oversees payment systems such as products, invoices, subscriptions, and resolves payment-related issues
Manages opportunities and pipelines, including stages, automation triggers, and opportunity tracking
Ensures seamless integration between forms, workflows, calendars, and pipelines for smooth operations
Conducts thorough QA testing to maintain accuracy, reliability, and performance of automations
Supports web development tasks such as building or editing pages, funnels, and tools using React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and WordPress
Assists in creating custom components, integrations, and improving frontend performance and UI issues
Demonstrates strong expertise in GHL features including workflows, triggers, forms, quiz builder, memberships, payments, and pipelines
Applies logical thinking in building clean, efficient, and reliable automation systems
Detail-oriented, proactive in problem-solving, and communicates effectively
Preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Additional experience in web development technologies, API integrations, or tools like Zapier, Make, or webhooks is an advantage
Has basic understanding of UI/UX principles to support better user experience design
