Part-time/Full-time Remote Lead Generation Role

• Manage and maintain CRM system
• Troubleshoot issues and report to hotline
• Train agents on CRM usage
• Communicate system updates and announcements
• Service inbound leads from calls and online sources
• Immediately scrub leads: add labels, activate campaigns, send welcome messages, assign to agents
• Qualify leads based on buying/selling stage
• Upload leads to dialer and schedule showings
• Re-assign leads once appointments are set
• Nurture leads via email and text until agent-ready
• Build follow-up processes for agents
• Monitor daily agent activity
• Track conversion ratios and performance benchmarks
• Generate agent productivity reports
• Build trackers and dashboards in Google Sheets
• Manage database and pipeline tools
• Create backup lead databases
• Track referrals and prepare forms
