Entry Level WFH Setup Lead Speacialist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee CRM operations, troubleshoot issues, and provide agent training
• Process inbound leads from calls and online channels
• Scrub leads promptly: label, activate drip campaigns, send welcome messages, and assign to agents
• Qualify leads based on their buying/selling stage
• Manage lead distribution, dialer uploads, and showing schedules
• Nurture leads through email and text until ready for agent contact
• Develop and implement agent follow-up processes
• Track agent activity, conversion ratios, and performance metrics
• Create reports, trackers, and dashboards using Google Sheets
• Maintain database integrity and lead backups
• Handle referral tracking and documentation
