WFH Lead Generation Specialist - Entry Level

Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM system, report issues, and train agents
• Receive and qualify inbound leads from calls and online sources
• Scrub leads immediately: add labels, activate campaigns, send welcome messages, and assign to agents
• Upload leads to dialer and schedule showings
• Nurture leads via email and text until agent-ready
• Build follow-up processes for agents
• Monitor daily agent activity
• Track conversion ratios and performance benchmarks
• Generate productivity reports, trackers, and dashboards in Google Sheets
• Manage database, pipeline tools, and lead backups
• Track referrals and prepare forms
