Remote Lead Generation Specialist - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead Management: Immediate response to inquiries, qualifying (scrubbing) leads, and maintaining communication via "drip campaigns" until they are ready to meet an agent.

·        CRM & Database Oversight: Acting as the system admin—troubleshooting the hotline, training agents, uploading data to dialers, and maintaining a backup lead database.

·        Accountability & Reporting: Building Google Sheet trackers and dashboards to monitor agent activity, lead conversion ratios, and overall productivity.

·        Administrative Support: Scheduling showings, managing referral paperwork, and cascading team-wide announcements or training updates.

Requirements

·        Technical Proficiency: Must be highly "tech-savvy" with CRM systems and data tools (like Google Sheets).

·        Reliability: Requires high responsiveness and the ability to follow through on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks.
