
Responsibilities:
· Call leads and prospects to schedule appointments with clients.
· Follow up and nurture leads until appointments are confirmed.
· Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospects.
· Use scripts to present value propositions and handle objections.
· Update the CRM with notes and relevant information after each interaction.
· Manage and coordinate appointment schedules.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Comfortable making phone calls and following call scripts.
· Strong customer service and active listening skills.
