Key Responsibilities

·        Calendar & Logistics: Acts as the primary scheduler, balancing complex timelines for clients and team members while managing any last-minute shifts.

·        Information Organization: Manages "Virtual File" systems and email correspondence to ensure nothing gets lost in the digital shuffle.

·        Operational Support: Tracks key metrics and prepares performance reports to keep the team hitting their deadlines.

·        General Administration: Oversees the day-to-day "back-office" tasks that keep a business running smoothly.

·        Digital Fluency: Mastery of remote work tools like Google Workspace and Zoom.
