· Ideal role for detail-oriented professionals focused on maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth accounting operations.
· Responsible for setting up and maintaining clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure proper financial organization.
· Perform accurate data entry for revenues, expenses, liabilities, and assets.
· Conduct daily bookkeeping reviews to ensure financial records are complete and error-free.
· Complete monthly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing processes.
· Reconcile income spreadsheets with bank deposits to verify financial accuracy.
· Communicate with clients via email to reclassify uncategorized transactions when needed.
· Generate monthly financial reports for both client review and internal monitoring.
· Perform financial clean-up or catch-up work to organize and update incomplete records.
· Review and break down payroll documents to ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
· Prepare, verify, classify, and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills in managing financial data.
· Proficient in accounting tools and software such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks.
· Highly organized and methodical in structuring accounting processes and financial documentation.
· Able to work independently while effectively managing multiple accounting tasks and deadlines.
